Clearance readyOverseas customers pay in their own currency; the system converts, books and writes the result back to the order — no manual FX reconciliation
One integration, multiple currencies — domestic and overseas clients each pay the way they prefer
Online payment in NZD, AUD and other local currencies for clients and agents across ANZ.
OverseasMulti-currency card and local wallet acquiring for self-service payments and agent settlement.
OverseasUSD and other currencies with mainstream payment methods, suited to high-frequency overseas collection.
OverseasMulti-currency accounts and fund pooling for larger B2B freight invoices and monthly settlement.
OverseasCurrencies, FX rates, gateway fees, reconciliation and refunds all close the loop inside the system; the payment gateway layer is pluggable, so adding a channel is configuration, not code
Quote freight and surcharges in USD / NZD / AUD / EUR; customers pay in their local currency while invoices and receivables convert automatically.
Currency masterRates maintained daily or pulled from an external feed; gateway fees and FX spread are booked separately so margin stays accurate.
Finance setupGateway callbacks update payment status in real time, clear receivables and trigger release, dispatch and settlement.
CallbackAlipay and WeChat Pay run alongside the four overseas gateways, so domestic and overseas clients each use a familiar method.
Existing capabilityCollection flows are grouped by channel, currency and date, matched against order receivables, with unmatched items listed separately.
ReconciliationFull and partial refunds in the original currency, with freight, tax and value-added fees split and audited.
Fund loopNot a generic SaaS competing on price — a system shaped around real cross-border operations
Transfer and Dedicated Line run as separate systems yet share customers, channels, orders and the finance model — build once, use in both directions.
Business documents drive billing, receivables and payables directly — no manual reconciliation, no late-night month-end spreadsheets.
The PDA app runs on any Android handheld: receiving, put-away, consolidation, picking and photo capture without a cable.
Deploy on your own server and adapt it to your process — your data stays yours, and change requests get answered quickly.
Alipay and WeChat Pay at home, multi-currency collection via LatiPay, HantePay, NihaoPay and ePayments abroad, with payment status written back to the order.
Label printing and data export are decoupled — configure fields, column order and formats yourself.
Management, sales, customers and warehouse staff each get their own interface — all on the same live data

They are two systems covering opposite directions, built on one shared technical platform. The Transfer System handles Overseas → China: overseas receiving, parcel consolidation, return line-haul, China import customs clearance and tax, and domestic last-mile delivery. The Dedicated Line System handles China → Overseas: first-mile pickup, export declaration, main-leg booking, destination clearance, overseas last-mile delivery and overseas warehousing. Customers, channels, orders and the finance model are shared, so one team can run both business lines.
Yes — on-premise deployment is supported, on your own server or a cloud host you nominate (Windows Server + IIS + SQL Server). Orders, customer records, recipient ID data and financial records stay in your own database. We do not host your data and never share it with third parties.
On the transfer side we integrate with SF Express, ZTO, YTO, JD and EMS for electronic waybills and tracking updates. On the dedicated line side we connect to UPS, USPS, DPD and other last-mile carriers, plus air, ocean, China-Europe rail and trucking line-haul providers. Pricing and tracking run on a configurable framework, so a new lane is a configuration task, not a development project.
Yes. Both the B2B customer portal and the WeChat H5 page support Alipay and WeChat Pay; overseas customers can pay in their local currency through LatiPay, HantePay, NihaoPay and ePayments, with payment status written back to the order automatically. The finance module handles multi-currency receivables and payables, tax prepayment, prepaid balance deduction and two-way reconciliation with customers and suppliers — business documents generate the invoices, no manual spreadsheet work.
Yes. The system is modular: billing rules, customs fields, approval flows, document templates and export templates are all configurable. Where your process differs significantly, we support bespoke development. We map your current workflow first, then document clearly which parts are covered by standard features and which need customisation.
Practically none. The warehouse app is packaged with UniApp and runs on any Android handheld terminal — no brand lock-in, no extra licence fee. Receiving, put-away, consolidation, label printing, picking and photo capture are all done wirelessly, and scan results sync to the backend in real time.
Yes. The B2B customer portal is a separate URL where customers book shipments, upload batches, track milestones, download statements and pay online. End customers can order and pay through the WeChat H5 page. What customers see is the same real-time data as your operations team, which removes most repetitive status enquiries.
The full China import clearance process is built in: declaration elements, recipient real-name verification, automatic calculation of postal tax and cross-border e-commerce tax, and inspection and release tracking. Tax can be prepaid by you, paid on delivery, or deducted from a prepaid balance. ID data is stored encrypted, and restricted-item keywords plus category blacklists are blocked at the booking stage.
Yes. Customer records, channel pricing and historical shipments can be imported in bulk from Excel templates, and exports use independent templates where you configure fields, column order and formats to match your finance or ERP habits. Import templates and validation rules are provided during onboarding so bad data never enters the system.
Backend ASP.NET Framework + Web API 2 with EF6 and Dapper, database SQL Server with Redis, frontend Vue 3 SPA, mobile UniApp, deployed on Windows Server + IIS. All mainstream technologies — delivery includes deployment documentation and Swagger API documentation, so your own team can take over maintenance and further development.
Once a product is recorded, the system keeps its brand, Chinese and English names, specification, material, intended use, SKU, unit price and declaration elements. The next time you book, declare or clear a shipment, typing a keyword auto-completes the item, and the HS code is suggested from the product name, material and use — with tax rate, supervision conditions and declaration unit attached. Back office, customer portal and PDA scanning all read the same library, and existing items can be maintained in bulk via Excel.
Recipients upload both sides of their ID card from the client app, or your staff upload on their behalf; OCR reads the name and ID number automatically and images are stored encrypted with an access log. When clearance is needed you grant the customs broker or declaration agent access per shipment or per batch, and revoke it afterwards. Declaration packages can also be exported in the broker's own template — no more passing ID photos around in chat groups.
Yes. The system connects directly to the official SF Express, ZTO and YTO direct-mail APIs. Labels are printed and applied at the overseas warehouse — multiple pieces per shipment, thermal and label printing, plus a verification scan to prevent mis-labelling. Once China customs releases the shipment, domestic direct-mail booking is triggered automatically with no re-keying, the courier delivers to the recipient's door, and tracking plus proof of delivery are written back to the order in real time.
Yes. The system supports multi-currency collection: overseas customers can pay online in USD / NZD / AUD / EUR and other local currencies through four integrated gateways — LatiPay, HantePay, NihaoPay and ePayments — while domestic customers continue on Alipay and WeChat Pay. The gateway layer is pluggable, so adding a channel is configuration rather than code.
Rates can be maintained daily or pulled from an external feed; gateway fees and FX spread are booked separately so margin reporting stays clean. Collection flows are grouped by channel, currency and date and matched against order receivables, with unmatched items listed separately. Full and partial refunds in the original currency are supported, with freight, tax and value-added fees split for accounting.
Request a remote demo first. We walk through the flow that matches your direction — transfer or dedicated line — then produce a scope document and a phased rollout plan: the main chain of booking, warehouse operations and finance reconciliation goes live first, followed by clearance, last-mile and BI modules. Timing depends on module scope and the amount of customisation; contact our consultants to confirm.
Call us or add us on WeChat — a consultant will run a live remote demo and outline a rollout plan for your direction, transfer or dedicated line.
• On-premise deployment • Customised to your workflow • Runs on any Android PDA
